    Cancellation

    Prime Scuba ishigaki operate on the basis of trust, and there will be no cancellation charge - unexpected events and cancellation can happen, and we understand. Accordingly, please make sure to exercise utmost care in making reservations. Particularly, please make sure to book after know how many of you will be participating, and the exact dates of your planned dives. Also, please note that we may cancel our program when we decide that our program cannot be provided safely due to weather and other factors.

    About Health

    It is critical that the participants are in good health condition, as scuba diving exposes you to many effects which are unusual in daily living. Please make sure to read through the medical form and if you have any yest in the items listed, please consult your physician i it is ok for you to dive, have the physician's letter signed, and bring it to our staff on the day of your dive.

    The Reservation Process

    Please note that there will be several email exchanges before your reservation will be complete. Upon receipt of your reservation form, we will send you the details of your reservation, with questions if there is any missing information on your reservation form. Please reply to us if the details are ok, and upon receipt of your reply, we will confirm your reservation.
